Alphington Mental Health, an established Aged Care Facility, underwent a comprehensive transformation to become a warm and calming environment for its residents. Retrofitting the existing building presented unique challenges, particularly regarding the cable containment within the pre-existing roof space. Working within these confined and already occupied areas demanded precise planning and innovative solutions, ensuring compliance with safety standards without disrupting the architectural integrity or the ongoing construction progress.
